Meeting with representatives of the French Embassy in Ukraine

On November 21, 2016, a meeting was held at Zaporizhzhia National Technical University between the rector of ZNTU, Prof. Belikov S.B., and representatives of the French Embassy in Ukraine, Sylvain Rigollet, Attaché for Scientific and University Cooperation, and Fabrice Peteau, Attaché for Cooperation in the Field of the French Language. The meeting was also attended by Bogdanovska L.K., director of the French Cultural Center «Alliance Française», Goltvyanytsya N.Yu., associate professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation, Serga N.V., senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation, Duyko L.M., leading specialist of the Department of International Relations and Work with Foreign Students, Plynokos D.D., secretary of the Coordination Council for International Cooperation.

The meeting discussed the possibilities and prospects of scientific and university cooperation of ZNTU with universities in France, student and teaching mobility, issues and problems of studying French in technical specialties, as well as studying French as a second foreign language at the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation. The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere.
