Meeting regarding the cooperation of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University with EMAU

The issue of forming an institute of professional managers, which will aim to train, retrain and improve specialists for housing and communal services, is extremely important today.

Given the importance of training managers of apartment buildings and the management of housing and communal services enterprises that provide services for the management and maintenance of a residential complex, EMAU determined that the formation of a personnel training system for this area is one of the priority goals. Such training will take place within the framework of the cooperation of the Public Union «Expert Interindustry Association of Ukraine» with the Kyiv city organization of employers in the housing and communal sector «Federation of Employers of Residential Housing of the City of Kyiv» and universities.

Considering the development of this area to be expedient, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University joined this program and has already taken the first steps for its implementation.

Yes, our IVO is directly involved in:

– Developers of the system of professional industry standards;

– Formation of an appropriate training system;

– Developers of qualification requirements;

– Formation of a system for recognizing the results of professional training and/or assigning qualifications;

– Development of a mechanism for independent assessment of conformity (certification, attestation).

Such cooperation will contribute to the development of new educational programs, as well as help to form new tools for interaction between the education system and the labor market.
