Stars of the KVN Zaporizhzhia Open League!
Friday evening, September 23, was marked by the semifinals of the Zaporizhzhia KVN Open League, in which 6 teams participated: «Umka» (ZIEIT), «Likhie Budny» (KPU), «California» (ZNU), «Fantazyory» (ZTMK), «Brown Sugar» (ZNU) and our team «Zaporizhsky VEKTOR – Mashinka – ZNTU». We will remind you that our KVN players performed in the TV version of the League, so later everyone who did not make it to the tournament will be able to watch it. However, we went to PC «DSS» personally, as part of a strong support group, to give the team confidence and encouragement! The Professional Committee of ZNTU students, together with the Center for Culture and Leisure, as well as the ZNTU administration, coordinated the «Mashinki» fans, and we had a great time together with the fun and smart ones.
Competitions were waiting for the participants: greetings, warm-up, biathlon and a musical number.
«Greetings» made it possible to get to know the team and feel the unique, individual style of each one.
The first performance was the Umka team, which fulfilled its mission to warm up the hall. They did not stop warming up the audience and the following teams.
The photo warm-up turned out to be witty: the proposed images not only amused the hall, but were also successfully «joked» by the participants. The biathlon was protracted, because the two favorites of this competition did not let the smog relax. So, «Fantazyor» and «California» received a draw according to the general decision of the jury.
The hottest competition in the semi-finals was a musical number. The best received high scores and went to the finals. So, the results of the ½ final:
– «Fantazyors» 15.6
– «California» 15.4
– «Umka» 14.4
– «Zaporozhsky VECTOR – Typewriter – ZNTU» 13.0
– «Evil weekdays» 11.5
– «Brown Sugar» 10.8
Zaporozhsky VEKTOR – Mashinka – ZNTU« closes the list of finalists, which means that very soon it will enter the fight for the title of the most successful KVN team of the season! »Mashinkivtsi« express their gratitude to the NGO »Zaporozhsky Vektor”, personally to patron Oleksandr Boguslaev, to the administration of ZNTU and personally to the Rector, Professor Serhiy Borisovich Belikov.
