The scientific journal «Radioelectronics, Informatics, Management» (RIU, http://ric.zntu.edu.ua), published by Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine in category «A» (highest level) in specialties 121 Software Engineering, 122 Computer Science, 123 Computer Engineering and 126 Information Systems and Technologies (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409 dated 17.03.2020 – https://mon.gov.ua/ua/npa/pro-zatverdzhennya-rishen-atestacijnoyi-kolegiyi-ministerstva-vid-6-bereznya-2020-roku). The journal is also indexed by the scientometric database Web of Science (Core Collection ESCI – https://www.dropbox.com/s/u3qzjopbb4e42u9/dec_2019.pdf?dl=0).

RIU is the first and only magazine in the field of technical sciences in the Zaporizhzhia region that has received such high international and national recognition. It is worth noting that the magazine received such recognition at the junction of anniversaries: in 2019, it was 20 years since the creation of the magazine, and in 2020, the anniversary of the 120th anniversary of polytechnic education in the Zaporizhzhia region and the 120th anniversary of the founding of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University will be celebrated.

For the information of readers and potential authors. The RIU journal is an international peer-reviewed academic publication that publishes scientific articles (works that cover a specific topic, idea, question in detail and contain elements of their analysis), as well as reviews (works that contain an analysis and a reasoned assessment of the author’s original or published edition), which receive an objective review by leading specialists, which is evaluated essentially without taking into account race, gender, religion, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the author(s). Articles are published and reviewed for free. The electronic version of the journal is distributed through its website free of charge. Publication frequency: four issues per year. Languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian.

The purpose of the journal is to serve the academic community by publishing relevant articles resulting from original theoretical and applied research in various areas of academic activity.

Tasks of the journal: new problem statements and research methods, as well as providing assistance to specialists, engineers, scientists and researchers in disseminating information about the state of affairs in the field of the journal.

Journal topics: telecommunications and radio electronics, software engineering (including the theory of algorithms and programming), computer science (mathematical and computer modeling, optimization and operations research, management in technical systems, machine-machine and human-machine interaction, artificial intelligence, including intelligent data analysis, pattern recognition, neural and neuro-fuzzy networks, fuzzy logic, collective intelligence and multi-agent systems, hybrid systems), computer engineering (computer hardware, computer networks), information systems and technologies (structures and databases, knowledge-based systems and expert systems, data and signal processing).
