With concern for the successful career of students: ZNTU held master classes with the participation of leading specialists of the Zaporizhzhia Titanium-Magnesium Plant
On October 26-30, 2015, a series of master classes «Practical advice for a young specialist on personal and professional development to start a successful career» was held for students of the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.
The events were attended by Liudmyla Petrivna Sokolova, planning economist of the Zaporizhzhia Titanium-Magnesium Plant, Volodymyr Ivanovych Solyaniy, head of the road transport section, and Maksym Oleksandrovich Utochkin, leading engineer of the main energy department, who introduced the students to the specifics of the activities of specialists in their departments, identified the competencies needed by a young specialist for successful professional self-realization, and provided practical advice on what qualities should be developed in himself to become a professional in his field.
A kind of «highlight» of the master classes was the demonstration of a film about the activities of ZTMK.
Everything seen and heard aroused the lively interest of the students and many questions.
