On September 22, 2017, a concert for freshmen was held in the ZNTU assembly hall. Yes, yes, for our new, younger acquaintances and friends. I don’t know what was more important: the anticipation of the performance or the presence of a large number of spectators, but when entering the hall, the feeling of a holiday was immediately formed. You come in and understand – something grandiose will happen! And the feeling did not disappoint. The holiday was a success! Incredible presenters set the mood, warmed up the crowd, supported the participants.
Andrii Ivanchenko, head of the trade union committee of students of ZNTU, came to congratulate the freshmen. While delivering the speech, it was noted that «the sponsors of this concert were the freshmen themselves. After all, all the tickets were sold out.» No, can you imagine that? Every last ticket was sold out. This is a real boom of some kind. And, of course, we will not pay attention to the fact that not everyone made it to the concert. Although, why not? Dear truants, you have lost a lot by not coming. But so be it, for the first time I am sorry. You will have a chance to rehabilitate at other events. But the chance will be less, because next time not only freshmen will be invited to the concert. The number of applicants will consist of all six courses. Therefore, go to concerts, make new acquaintances, relax and just have a good time. So, let’s get back to the holiday.
To say simply that it was good is to say nothing. The holiday was a real success. On behalf of all first-timers (because the holiday was for them), we express a huge thank you to everyone who joined the organization of the event. You know, it was worth going there not only for the youngest, it was also useful for the older generation.
All those present were given a detailed mini-excursion of the university and everything that belongs to it. We learned how not to get lost in the building of ZNTU, who are «SHIELD» and how to become a part of this organization, how and where to give free rein to your acting, vocal, dancing skills and just how to find good friends and become the same yourself. In addition to intelligent instructions, everyone enjoyed and was surprised by university talents. There are so many talented people here. Really talented. We have talents from all directions. Our students know how to play both the guitar and the piano, and on the teachers’ nerves, if necessary. And they sing like… So many songs were performed on the stage to which someone breaks away, someone relaxes, someone falls in love, someone, unfortunately, experiences their first unhappy love, and someone generally remembers where «everything» began. And for each «everything» its own, different, special.
The magic of the evening was supported by the voices of not only active students, but also graduates of Mashinka. «Golden Voices», as the presenter noted, gave not only pleasant moments to the audience, but also proved that ZNTU can be proud of «its children». The KVN VECTOR ZNTU team in the old composition also showed an example of harmony and friendship. They are so cheerful, kind, childishly funny, real kings of humor. The young team of KVN was not far behind – a worthy replacement. They laughed as hard as they could. And writing jokes is not an easy job. Our dancers also stood out. They danced so that it was not easy to sit still. Oh, these fiery dances. And also on the holiday, the MI teacher Mykola Serhiyevich Komochkin won all the hearts with his song. This is how rich our university is!
The performances of freshmen were a complete surprise. These are not the shy beginners who are afraid to start a conversation with a stranger. They created just a real explosion. Such driving, free, expressive impressions that were born and grew up on the stage. This is undoubtedly a good and bright application.
And, in general, you know, concerts at ZNTU are no worse than concerts about which posters hang all over the city. No, really. Here, Vira Brezhneva and Monatik end the concert with «Circling», and even Nina Simone performs «Feeling Good» in a flash. Therefore, enter ZNTU, study, apply to auditorium 402, which is located in the main building, on the fourth floor, become stars and delight us with your talents. The main thing is to remember: whether you are stars, excellent students or just cute, crazy freshmen, the ZNTU family will accept, support and love you as you are!
