Higher Education and Business: Cooperation for Economic Prosperity
On June 19, 2013, at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, together with the British Council in Ukraine, held an international seminar «Higher Education and Business: Cooperation for Economic Prosperity» which discussed the issues of commercialization of research and cooperation between higher education institutions and businesses in Ukraine and the UK.
The seminar was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Yevhen Sulima, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the UK to Ukraine Simon Smith, the Director of the British Council in Ukraine Martin Daul and the rectors of universities of Ukraine.
From ZNTU, the seminar was attended by the First Vice-Rector Volodymyr Prushkivskyi and the Head of the Main Training Center of ZNTU-Delcam Vitaliy Klymenko. Vitaliy Klymenko, together with Oleksiy Kovalenko (Technical Director of Delcam-Ukraine), delivered a report entitled «Cooperation of Delcam Plc with Universities of Ukraine».
