Graduates of the Department of Military Training of ZNTU solemnly took the oath

On July 25, a solemn military oath was taken by students of our beloved «Mashinka» at the base of the Military Department of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. Despite the very hot weather, not only cadets gathered in the military unit, but also their relatives, friends and all those who wanted to congratulate and support our young military personnel.

The rector of our university, Serhii Borisovich Belikov, and the head of the trade union committee of students, graduate students and doctoral candidates, Andrii Volodymyrovych Ivanchenko, did not miss this solemn event. They congratulated the young people, saying many pleasant and warm words to them, and wished everyone great luck. In addition, Andriy Volodymyrovych awarded the best graduates and teachers of the military training department with diplomas of the student trade union and valuable gifts for the high-quality organization of the training and holding of the training camp, high performance in military training, exemplary military discipline, and skillful management of subordinate personnel of the unit.

After taking the oath, our cadets staged a ceremonial march, where they demonstrated discipline and the beauty of military dress. This made a great impression on all those present, because people in military uniform were always perceived with special respect. But what was even more impressive was that fragile, beautiful girls walked on a par with these courageous, strong guys. This once again confirmed that beauty is a great power.

After the impressive march, the young people demonstrated all the skills and abilities that they had acquired during two years of study at the military department. During the demonstration performances, the cadets demonstrated skillful use of a rifle with a bayonet-knife, skillful assembly and disassembly of various types of firearms, and setting up a communications center in combat conditions. All those present were also able to see a variety of military equipment. The holiday was concluded by a demonstration performance by the rapid response unit «Shield». It was, as always, amazing and tickled the nerves of all those present.

Looking at these young people, you understand that they have become truly worthy defenders of their Fatherland. I would like to wish them that they will use their acquired skills only in a peaceful country, where there is no place for grief and war.
