All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the direction of «Welding» 2018/2019 academic year

On April 10, 2019, the final conference of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the direction of «Welding» was held at the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University at the Department of «Equipment and Technology of Welding Production».

The conference was opened by Serhiy Tymofiyovych Yarimbash, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and Student Education of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. The head of the Department of Welding Equipment and Technology Ovchinnikov Oleksandr Volodymyrovych also delivered a welcoming speech.

Talented students from Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Kamianskyi, Kramatorsk, Dnipro, Lviv, Poltava, Ternopil, Mariupol, Kherson, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Sumy had the opportunity to present the results of their scientific work at the conference. As part of the cultural program of the competition, the participants visited the Boguslaev Museum of Technology and the Museum of the History of Technical Progress of ZNTU. The competition commission, which consisted of 23 teachers from various universities, evaluated the reports and selected the best among the best.

The winners were selected from 78 submitted works.

The following received a first degree diploma:

3. Bornikov Anton Serhiyovych, head Slyvinsky Oleksiy Anatolyovich, Cand. Tech. Sciences, Associate Professor, Department of Welding Production, National Technical University of Ukraine «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Ihor Sikorsky»;

4. Fetisov Ruslan Yurievich, head Berezhny Stanislav Petrovich, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the department of OTZV, Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.

5. Syndetsky Eduard Oleksandrovych, Bilyk Oleksandr Grigorovich, associate professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, State Higher Educational Institution «Pryazovsky State Technical University»;

6. Mikheev Yurii Ruslanovich, head Luzan Serhiy Oleksiyovych, professor of the Department of Technological Systems of Repair Production, Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Petro Vasylenko.
