The consolidated rating of higher educational institutions of Ukraine in 2016 includes 269 higher education institutions of III-IV accreditation levels, as well as 7 sub-ratings of the TOP-10: «Best Classical Universities of Ukraine», «Best Private Universities», «Best Kyiv Universities», «Best Regional Universities of Ukraine», «Best Pedagogical Universities», «Best Medical Universities of Ukraine», as well as the best educational institutions of the regions of Ukraine.
The most authoritative university rankings among experts and the mass media, published in 2016: «Top-200 Ukraine», «Scopus» and «Webometrics», each of which uses different criteria for evaluating higher educational institutions, were used as input data for compiling a consolidated rating of higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
