From an idea to a business: a meeting was held at the Startup School at Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University!

On February 12, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University hosted a meeting organized by the Startup School together with the Zaporizhzhia IAM cluster. Participants learned how to turn an idea into a successful business.

The speaker was Illia Novikov – management and development consultant, Diya-Business mentor with 15 years of management experience.

His lecture «Startup School: from idea to business» combined theory and practical cases from real experience.

The central topic was the search for a business idea and the definition of one’s own niche, as well as:
– testing the viability of the project
– avoiding typical mistakes at the start
– challenges of modern entrepreneurship and ways to overcome them

The open dialogue format allowed students to get answers to specific questions and practical advice from an experienced mentor. This is the first meeting at the Startup School at the Polytechnic, which marked the beginning of systematic work on the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the university.
