Spring extravaganza
From February 28 to April 25, spring passed through all corners of the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University and gave unforgettable emotions to hundreds of talented students.
This season, we saw wonderful student springs of 5 institutes of our native ZNTU. Representatives of the Institute of Management and Law (IUP) opened the spring extravaganza. Together with them, the viewer plunged into the life of a newly created family. The production delighted not only with an interesting plot, but also with the excellent performance of the actors, high-quality humor and successful creative numbers.
Next, the Machine-Building Institute (MI) presented its talents. Boys and girls appeared in the image of capricious, but at the same time cheerful and lively pirates. The assembly hall of ZNTU turned into a real ship, on which we, together with the heroes and their equally talented colleagues, went on a two-hour journey for vivid performances.
The Economic and Humanitarian Institute presented itself as the third. The students thought about the eternal question: «What is love?», and successfully gave the answer in the form of a funny performance. Together with the hall, they prepared for the wedding, which was accompanied not only by romance, but also by good humor, excellent vocals and successful numbers.
The penultimate student spring is the student spring of the Physical and Technical Institute (FTI). The Eastern fairy tale about Aladdin and his adventures was liked by everyone who spent Friday evening in the company of smart young people of FTI. The treacherous Jafar once again wanted to encroach on the Sultan’s jewels – his chambers and precious daughter Jasmine, but good, of course, won out again, in the form of the simple-minded Aladdin and led by the utterly hilarious Genie. Cheerful actors, frank monologue, interactive, songs and dances did not leave anyone indifferent.
The Institute of Informatics and Radio Electronics (IIRE) closed the student spring season. Young people had the most decorated school spring, because they tried to recreate «Star Wars» themselves! Planets, «walker», starry sky, spaceship «Falcon», imperial fighter, R2D2, stormtroopers, as well as the unsurpassed Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, S3RO, Yoda and others created an unforgettable atmosphere and gave a good mood and positivity, becoming a worthy finale of the series of student springs 2014!
And on April 29, the audience once again plunged into the world of student creativity, because «Mashinka» was waiting for the festive spring gala concert. This evening, the best numbers were determined and the places of honor were distributed.

The title of «Miss Student Spring» and «Mr. Student Spring» went to the Economic and Humanitarian Institute this year. It was earned by Svitlana Griu and Timofey Lagutin, respectively. The audience’s sympathy prize went to the team of the Institute of Management and Law. And the victory in the student spring competition of 2014 was won by the team of students of the Institute of Informatics and Radioelectronics, for which we congratulate them! The Rector of ZNTU, headed by Serhii Borysovich Belikov, and the Trade Union Committee of ZNTU students, headed by Andrii Volodymyrovych Ivanchenko, congratulated the winners, presenting them with a cup, diplomas and a monetary certificate.
I would like to thank all the participants of the unforgettable spring extravaganza for giving the audience a good mood and giving them a reason to think about the eternal values of life. We will look forward to the new season of student springs, which will bring new topics, new faces, new talents!
