Successful team building is the key to success!

In any team, it is important to organize work correctly, especially when newcomers appear. Thanks to competent planning, all activities will be carried out qualitatively and successfully, bring benefits and satisfaction.

Therefore, for the purpose of successful team building, the FRET student trade union office organized a training seminar on October 4, which allowed not only to get to know the faculty’s pro-forge activists better, but also to set accents in trade union work.

First, together with the coach, the students identified the training objectives, and then, thanks to a series of exercises, implemented them. The pro-forge activists understood how to find the optimal approach to their groups, ensure attendance at useful events, and how to quickly understand each other if disputes arise. And since all the exercises were exclusively practical in nature, the activists of the trade union had a good time, exchanged experiences, and expressed their point of view.

Then, the head of the trade union of students of FRET, Yevhen Kasyanenko, together with the students, charged with the acquired knowledge and impressions, considered the agenda, having adjusted to work in a new way.

In conclusion, I would like to say that such collective events are very useful and effective, because they will allow you to gather the entire assets of the trade union together, unite, facilitate and optimize teamwork, and also open up new horizons of possibilities for the trade union of students of the faculty.
