In one anthill

I think everyone understands how important it is to be able to «play as a team» when doing something big. During 2 months – April and May – in the Center of Student Self-Government No. 4, team building trainings are held for the professional bureau of students of the faculty, where they teach how to make teamwork more fruitful and interesting, and most importantly, how to find a place for yourself in the team, what rules to use so that each member of the team feels «on his plate».

Correspondents of the press service of the trade union committee of students of ZNTU as part of their trade bureau also took part in this pleasant event. As participants, we can say that the training will remain in our thoughts for a long time, because there has not been such a useful pastime for a long time. Since we attend many seminars and lectures from different employers, companies, etc., we have something to compare with. Many interesting games, life hacks from trainer Mariia Chernyaeva, discussions, practical skills and simple communication – all this made the training unsurpassed.

For my professional office of students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, headed by Mykhailo Korohod, this day showed a lot: what we don’t know how to do, what needs to be changed, where we constantly make mistakes, how to do everything faster, and how to make every member of the team feel comfortable. For us, this day became like a gathering of mafiosi who solved the affairs of the «family» and were looking for why we have certain problems.

The same can be said about trainings for other professional bureaus: a lot of exercises, full of useful information, good emotions, endless communication with comrades.

The proposed tasks were carried out with enthusiasm and great desire. After completing each exercise, the participants received an analysis and recommendations regarding their team behavior and those decisions that needed improvement.

The training lasted about 4-5 hours, the participants were given a break after the class time, a «coffee break» took place. A room was allocated for students, where they could drink tea or coffee with delicious sweets, so that they could continue with renewed energy. The training was successful, the participants left satisfied and with new knowledge about team education.

So we continue the series of trainings! We wish the professional bureau of students unity, successful acquisition of new knowledge and memories!
