Successes of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University team in the Automation and Instrumentation Olympiad

The team of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University took part in the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the field of knowledge 15 «Automation and Instrumentation» in the specialty 151 «Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies», which was held on May 20-22, 2019 at the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies. Last year, our university was successfully represented by students of the Department of «Information Technologies of Electronic Means» Anton Kalynychenko and Denys Romanyuk. This year, the team included representatives of the ITEZ and EPA departments: Buchko Ihor, Goncharov Dmytro, Oleinikov Mykola and Rezanova Amina. The trainers were Assoc. Prof., Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. of the Department of «Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations» Kazurova A.E., Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. of the Department of «Information Technologies of Electronic Devices» Malyy O.Yu. and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Labor and Environmental Protection Pisarsky A.O.

Our students participated in this event for the second time, but thanks to the training of trainers and the experience of «pioneers» the team of the NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» took second place!

The students demonstrated high knowledge, and the gap between the first and fourth year students was only a few points. It was the coordinated teamwork that brought a high result.
