The Government of the People’s Republic of China awarded scholarships to citizens of Ukraine for the 2016-2017 academic year
According to the terms of the bilateral agreement between Ukraine and the People’s Republic of China, as well as taking into account the intentions to expand cooperation in the field of education, in 2016/2017 the Chinese side allocated to Ukraine a quota of scholarships from the Government of the People’s Republic of China for 2016/2017.
The actual number of new scholarships for the 2016-2017 academic year: 44.
Admission of citizens of Ukraine to higher educational institutions of the PRC at the level of: bachelor, master, postgraduate, intern.
The application deadline is March 20, 2016.
List of required documents:
1. Completed questionnaire (docx, 20 KB);
2. Completed application form (in Chinese or English), which can be found at http://csc.edu.cn/laihua and www.campuschina.org Instructions for filling out the online questionnaire (doc, 140 KB);
3. Copies of education documents. Current students must submit a certificate of student status from their university. Documents must be submitted in a notarized format, translated into Chinese or English;
4. Academic transcript of scores (submit in notarized format in Chinese or English);
5. Approximate study plan (Study Plan, indicating what exactly and why you want to study) in English or Chinese (if you submit the study plan in Chinese, you need to add a translation in English or Ukrainian);
6. Two letters of recommendation in English or Chinese, prepared by a professor or teacher (in the case of submission in Chinese, a translation into English or Ukrainian must be made);
7. Letter of motivation in English or Ukrainian;
8. Applicants for music majors must include a CD of their own work. Applicants for the fields of «fine and decorative arts» must add a CD with their own works (2 sketches, 2 paintings and 2 other works);
9. Applicants who are under 18 years of age at the time of submission of documents must submit documents on the presence of a guardian in the PRC;
10. Applicants who plan to stay in the PRC for longer than 6 months must attach a photocopy of the foreign physical examination certificate (Foreign Physical Examination Form (docx, 256 KB)) in English. This form can be downloaded from the websites http://csc.edu.cn/laihua and www.campuschina.org. All fields in the form must be filled out. Incomplete forms without a doctor’s signature and an official hospital seal are invalid;
11. Applicants who have letters of acceptance from Chinese universities should add them to the package of documents (for this, applicants should contact the foreign student office of the Chinese university accepting scholarships and obtain a notification of pre-enrollment);
12. Applicants who have a certificate of knowledge of the Chinese language, HSK Certificate, should add it to the package of documents.
Attention! MES will accept applications in electronic and paper format (it is necessary to send documents in both specified formats).
All documents must be stapled in the upper left corner (there must be 2 copies in paper format – the first package of documents is the original, the second is a copy). Documents are not subject to return.
