ZNTU successfully held the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference
On September 17-19, 2014, a significant event of international scale was held in the city of Zaporizhzhia. Zaporizhzhia National Technical University held the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic «Modern Problems and Achievements in the Field of Radio Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technologies».
The event was held at the initiative and support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Federation of Informatics, Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Sevastopol National Technical University, PJSC «Ukrtelecom», KP NVK «Iskra», SE «Radioprylad», RPE «Khartron-Ukom», NOOSPHERE VENTURES LLC.
During three days, eminent scientists and promising students listened to 169 reports on topical topics in six sections:
1 section «Radio engineering, radar and navigation systems». Head of section – Pisa D.M.; deputy – Bondarev B.N.
2nd section «Telecommunication systems and networks». Head of section – Kabak V.S., deputy – Kostenko V.O.
3rd section «Modern information systems and technologies». Head of section – Kudermetov R.K.; deputy – Dubrovin V.I.
4th section «Information technologies in the design and production of electronic devices». Head of section – Kryshchuk V.M.; deputy – Shylo G.M.
Section 5 "Security of information and communication systems". Heads of the section – Karpukov L.M.; deputy – Kozina G.L.
Section 6 "Physics and technology of micro- and nanoelectronics". Heads of the section – Pogosov V.V.; deputy – Babich A.V.
In addition to the exchange of scientific achievements, the conference also provided a place for exchanging pleasant impressions: the city’s guests took part in a cognitive excursion to OAO «Motor Sich», and also visited one of the most significant sights of Ukraine – Khortytsia Island, visiting the famous museum.
For Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, in particular for the Institute of Informatics and Radio Electronics, it is a great honor to host the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference, because such events are extremely important. They provide an opportunity to exchange experience, expand scientific knowledge, find business partners, and also establish and strengthen international ties.
