Shyta has a new commander

On February 4, 2015, a general meeting of employees of the youth special unit «SHIELD» was held. Rector of ZNTU S.B. Belikov, vice-rector for educational work S.T. Yarymbash, assistant rector for regime S.I. were invited to the meeting. Shanin, head of the trade union committee of students, postgraduates and doctoral students A. V. Ivanchenko, director of the student campus V. N. Dubina. At the meeting, the results of the work of SME «SHIELD» for the past period were summed up and tasks for the future were discussed.

One of the items on the agenda was the election of a new commander of the SME SHIELD. At the meeting, the rector of ZNTU Serhii Borisovych Belikov, the vice-rector for educational work Serhii Tymofiyovych Yarimbash, the head of the trade union committee of students, postgraduates and doctoral students Andrii Volodymyrovych Ivanchenko spoke at the meeting, who recommended Vasyl Fedorovych Devochkin, an honorary graduate of ZNTU, who had already headed the SME «SHIELD» in the period 1996-1999, for this position. This candidacy was unanimously supported by the employees of SHYT SME.

In turn, V.F. Devochkin thanked the leadership of ZNTU, the trade union committee of students and SME «SHIELD» for the trust placed in him, briefly spoke about his plans for the development of SME «SHIELD», the need to strengthen the material and technical base of the unit, as well as the recruitment of personnel to the ranks of SME «SHIELD».
