Our university has a new record holder
On February 25, 2017 in the city of Kyiv during the 8th championship of Ukraine in weightlifting among students of higher educational institutions, a student of ZNTU c. T-426sp Yarovy Vladyslav set a Ukrainian record in juggling a 16 kg weight from hand to hand with eyes closed in the sagittal plane with double rotations away from himself for 6 minutes 38 seconds – 211 times.
The record was officially registered and entered into the registers of the book of records of Ukraine by the federation of kettlebell sports of Ukraine in power juggling. Vladyslav participates in the national team of ZNTU in kettlebell sports under the leadership of the senior teachers of the FKONVS department Yurii Gennadiyovych Zhuravlev and Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Remeshevskyi.
The boy’s trip to the championship was made possible thanks to the financial support of the ZNTU students’ trade union committee.
