Campus Volleyball Tournament

It has been scientifically proven that team games help people trust each other, find understanding and establish communication with others.

It was precisely to establish relations between students in the sports complex of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, with the support of the trade union committee of students, graduate students and doctoral students of ZNTU, that a campus volleyball tournament was held. This local championship was held on December 4-5, and all classes in the large hall were canceled especially for this event.

The game turned out to be incendiary and interesting. It was unusual that not only boys but also fragile girls from our «Mashinka» participated in this difficult game. There were a lot of them and they showed a decent game, but still there were more guys and their "duels with the net and the ball" were more intense and dynamic.

Although the tournament on the first day lasted almost four hours, the loyal fans did not abandon their teams and their support raised a loud roar that could be heard all the way to the street.

In the end, in such games there are winners and losers. This time the first place was won by the team from the second dormitory, the second place was taken by another team from the second dormitory, the third place was won by the guys from the third dormitory and the last place was taken by the team from the fourth dormitory.

I would like to express my gratitude to the administration of our "Mashinka" for helping us not only gain knowledge, but also take care of our health. It is such events that bring everyone together to support «their own». Let’s hope that such tournaments will be held more often so that our university is in first place not only in scientific works, but also in sports.
