Ceremony of awarding the winners of the 19th Student Works Competition for the Autodesk Prize

On June 27, the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University held a ceremony to award the winners of the annual competition for the Autodesk Prize. This year, the award ceremony took place in a somewhat unusual format, namely the format of an online conference, which was made possible thanks to the technical support of specialists from the «CIDECS» center. (Head Pavlenko D.V.) and the University’s Center for Information Technology and Computer Science (Head Savchuk A.E.).

The award ceremony was attended by the Director of Sales in Europe of Autodesk, Adam Barycki, who in his speech congratulated the winners of the competition and spoke about the further cooperation of Ukrainian universities with Autodesk.

Also, the rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Serhiy Belikov, the director of the CAD Center (Autodesk Authorized Dealer in Ukraine) Oleh Borysenko, and the leading specialist of the Main Center, ZNTU-Autodesk, Pavlo Glushko, delivered welcoming remarks.

This year, the competition was held among students, schoolchildren, and school teachers. In the student works nomination, the first place went to the works of Sereda Oleksandr (Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, project supervisors: Klymenko V.Yu., Glushko P.V.) and Syvokon Maksym (Sumy State University), the second place was also taken by two works – Karapuz Artem (Poltava National Technical University named after Yurii Kondratyuk) and Maystruk Pavlo (National University «Lviv Polytechnic»), the third place was taken by Komnatny Illia (State Higher Educational Institution «Kryvyi Rih National University»). In the school works nomination, the first place was taken by the work of Muzykanova Polina (Kryvyi Rih Pedagogical Gymnasium, project supervisor Yanchevska I.V.). Among school teachers, the work of Nataliia Kiryushenko (Kryvyi Rih Comprehensive School No. 68) took first place.

Currently, the acceptance of works for the XX Student Works Competition and the XVIII School Works Competition for the Autodesk Prize is ongoing.
