Triumph of ZNTU athletes

On November 27, the Cup of Ukraine in sports aerobics, which was held in the sports complex of ZNTU, ended in Zaporizhzhia.

At the opening of the competition were present: rector of ZNTU S.B. Belikov, deputy mayor of the city of Zaporizhzhia Pustovarov Anatolii Ivanovich, head of the Department of Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the Zaporizhzhia City State Administration Eduard Oleksandrovych, dean of the Faculty of Management Economics Korolkov Vladyslav Vasyliovych.

These competitions ended with the triumph of Zaporizhzhia athletes. In the category «Individual, women» 1st place went to Subbotina Daria (GK ZNTU), in the category «Individual, men» 1st place went to Volodymyr Vykhodtsev (UFKS). Category «Trio» 1st place was won by Darya Gutsalyuk (UFKS), Darya Subbotina (GK ZNTU) and Cherkez Kateryna (FEU). In the «Groups» category, Vykhodtsev Volodymyr (UFKS), Daria Gutsalyuk (UFKS), Daria Subbotina (GK ZNTU), Kateryna Stokolos (UFKS), Kateryna Cherkez (FEU) won first place in the «Groups» category.

And in the overall team competition in sports aerobics, the ZNTU national team took 1st place.

Fitness. In the «Aerostep» category, the 1st place was won by the ZNTU team, which included students:

Kateryna Cherkez (FEU), Oksana Plyusch (FEU), Leyla Shakhveryanova (T), Oleksandra Podopryhora (IF), Kateryna Okhrimenko (UFKS), Kateryna Stokolos (UFKS), Darya Gutsalyuk (UFKS), Tetyana Moroz (UFKS).

In the «Aerodance» category, the national team of the Zaporizhzhia region took 2nd place.

In the «Funk Aerobics» category, the 1st place was also won by the collective team of ZNTU, composed of:

• Afonina Karina (UFKS)
• Stukonog Karina (FEU)
• Karpovych Kateryna (GF)

Olesya Pavleeva (FEU) took first place in the strenflex competition.

In the overall team standings, the national team of the Zaporizhzhia region took 1st place.

During the award ceremony, the master of sports certificate of Ukraine was solemnly presented to Vasyl Ivanov, a student of the Faculty of Humanities.

With a sense of deep gratitude, Kateryna Stokolos, a graduate of ZNTU, who devoted 22 years of her life to her favorite sport, was hired as a coach. Friends, coaches-teachers, all athletes sincerely wished her creative success in the difficult coaching work.
