IIRE Student Spring

Finally, real spring has arrived: warm, sunny, light. Finally, the sun is not hiding behind the rain clouds. On such days, I especially want something festive. And the opportunity to please us fell to the students of IIRE on this Friday – April 10, 2015.

To be honest, I went to the concert thinking that it was impossible to impress me, but I was wrong. Student spring is not just an ordinary concert, but a whole event, a show. Of course, as far as I’m concerned.

I will probably start with the fact that I was stunned by the story that the students decided to play in the concert number called «Drama». But she was no less impressed by the skill of performing the ballroom dance that preceded her.

Of course, I was conquered by numbers with Ukrainian and Easter themes – real and spring. I did not ignore the pop monologue and literary-musical composition, because they read Serhiy Zhadan’s poem «Consonants» – here is love, life, and art.

There were also a number of speed-cubers (speed-cubing – assembling a Rubik’s cube at speed), a number of kobudo – nunchaku freestyle, bit-boxer and others.

But after the end of one of the numbers, I was even upset that it passed. It was so interesting and exciting. And it was the neon show. An incredible and interesting game, an exciting and familiar love story. And all this was created with the help of light and refined movements.

Honestly, you could watch and watch many times most of the performances. Despite the fact that there were gaps, they were compensated by very strong numbers.

Well, I’m looking forward to the next StudVesna and, of course, the gala concert.

I am sincerely grateful to the trade union committee of ZNTU students for the opportunity to attend such an event. I am happy that our university is filled with such talented people. It is worth a lot.
