University Sports Life
On February 13-14, 2019, the traditional ZNTU Spartakiad «For Vigor and Health» was held at the ZNTU Sports Complex with the support of the ZNTU Trade Union among teachers and employees. Five institutes of the university participated in the competition, according to a program of five sports. 30 prize winners of the Spartakiad in the individual competition were awarded memorable prizes.
In the shooting competition, the third place went to the Mechanical Engineering Institute, the second – to the Physics and Engineering Institute, and the first – to the Economics and Humanities Institute. For the most accurate shooting, memorable prizes were awarded to the head of the laboratory of the Department of Chemical Technology and Engineering, Oleksandr Petrashov, and the senior lecturer of this department, Valentina Povzlo.
In the «Darts» third team place at the Institute of Management and Law, second – at the Institute of Informatics and Radio Electronics, first — at the Institute of Economics and Humanities. The most accurate throw was awarded to Andriy Chernenko, a senior lecturer at the Department of FKONVS, among men, and Diana Trubychyna, a leading specialist at the Faculty of CST, among women.
The table tennis competition also ended with a team victory for the Institute of Economics and Humanities. second – at the Institute of Management and Law, and third place at the Institute of Informatics and Radio Electronics. The best players in the individual competition: Serhiy Motuz, a senior lecturer at the Department of FKONVS, and Andriy Zherzherunov, a lecturer at the same department, and Inna Cherednychenko, an associate professor at the Department of UFKS, became the winner among women.
Chess. 3rd place – Institute of Informatics and Radio Electronics, 2nd place – Institute of Management and Law, 1st place – Physics and Technology. The best players in the individual competition: Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work Koval Vladislav, Associate Professor of the Department of MEV Meleshchenko Anatolii, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of CST Kasyan Mykola, Senior Lecturer of the Department of FKONVS Remeshevsky Oleksandr, Senior Laboratory Assistant of the Department of OTZV Averchenko Iryna.
The team of the Institute of Economics and Humanities also turned out to be the best in volleyball competitions, the team of the Institute of Management and Law came in second place, and the team of the Institute of Physics and Technology came in third.
