«School of student trade union activity – 2014»!
From May 30 to June 1, in a picturesque corner of the Zaporizhzhia region, on the island of Khortytsia, a grandiose event took place – «School of student trade union activity – 2014». For educational and entertainment purposes, he gathered more than 150 of the best students from the professional bureau of the faculties of our «Mashinka».
For two and a half days, 14 teams of participants competed in sports and intellectual tournaments, attended educational trainings, solved trade union problems, and, of course, got to know each other, communicate and relax together. Let’s recall the large-scale bright moments of «School».
First of all, the grand opening should be noted. Young, beautiful, cheerful students, in uniform and with bright posters-business cards, lined up in front of the entrance to the sanatorium-prophylaxis of OJSC «Zaporizhstal». At that moment, the colorful playground was simply shining with positivity and interest. The participants were greeted by the head of the trade union committee of students of ZNTU Andriy Ivanchenko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine, Nadiya Hryn, and the rector of the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Serhii Belikov, announcing the opening of the «School of Student Professional Activities».
And then the teams inspired and talentedly presented themselves with jokes, dances, singing, sports numbers, acting skills, skits and video materials. The business numbers were not only successful, but also fiery: no one remained indifferent to their rhythm and cleverness.
The morning of the second day started with charging. All teams, without exception, visited it, receiving a charge of cheerfulness for the whole day!
In addition to charging – a crazy relay! Bags, hoops, sticks, speed, cleverness, dexterity multiplied by a charge of good mood – the perfect formula to start a good day!
Next – a competition in the game «What? Where? When?» with tricky questions for union-savvy erudites. And a series of trainings that not only helped young people understand themselves, but also gave them incomparable emotions and unforgettable impressions.
And the evening was marked by a disco! Young people danced and had fun to their heart’s content, despite the pouring rain, which was completely inaudible over the loud music and cheerful shouts and laughter.
A quest is a test after a sleepless night. But the strongest and most resilient young people study at ZNTU! After a thorough workout, our boys and girls successfully ran the entire route and solved all the tasks!
After the quest, «Mashinkivsi» announced presentations of ways to solve trade union problems. And here is the award! All «graduates of the school» were presented with appropriate certificates, and those who were especially distinguished received diplomas in a wide variety of nominations.
It’s time to leave. On the one hand, it was sad that everything ended, but happy that we experienced so many pleasant moments!
This year’s «School of student trade union activity» was the first in the practice of the organizers – the trade union committee of ZNTU students, and we are very glad that everything was successful. We hope that such «schools» will become traditional, because it is very wonderful to study while resting!
