The season has begun!
On September 12, 2013, with the support of the trade union of ZNTU students and the administration of dormitory No. 4, the student council of dormitory No. 4 organized a festive party. It was held in a familiar, rather traditional place for everyone – the sports hall of dormitory No. 4, which was decorated in a festive and cozy theme, namely – with balloons and garlands, which contributed to the festive mood of the residents. Even the guests of the event, of which there are more and more every year, felt at home.
The holiday program included an incendiary disco, which forced even those who stood idly by to dance; competitions with valuable gifts, where both seniors and juniors showed their activity; and the traditional lottery with a draw of gifts by ticket number, the winners of which received tickets for the closed party of ZNTU, which will be held in the Music Hall on September 26.
The holiday was protected and guarded by the brave employees of the special unit «SHIELD», thanks to whom the event passed without conflicts and incidents.
We talked with the head of the student council of dormitory No. 4, Ivan Dashko. He expressed his emotions from the party as follows:
« As an organizer, I am holding the sixth party. In the academic year 2012-2013, we held 4. In February 2012, one, and here is the recent «General+1. Wellcome» party. was the sixth I can say that this is a new level that we have reached. Such a light show, smoke effects and euphoria have not yet been seen on the walls of dormitory No. 4 of ZNTU. A lot of effort and nerves were spent on this party. This year, we installed lighting equipment in the gym, where parties are held, namely: 8 pcs. red, green, purple and white spotlights, an ultraviolet lamp and a stroboscope. A smoke machine was rented. On September 12, 2013, the sports hall of hostel No. 4 had everything a full-fledged night club has. Accordingly, this caused a stir among students. Contemporary music performed by a DJ from Morocco, a student of our university and a resident of the hostel Ayoub Fethallah and the second DJ Dmytro Lakota, fun and interesting contests with valuable gifts, prize lottery. I do not think that there is a student who was at the party and remained dissatisfied. We just burned!
The only minus of the entire evening – there was stuffiness. Two air conditioners were working, but they did not have time to cool the air, because there were so many people in the hall. We didn’t count how many of us attended the party, but I’m sure there were at least 150 people.
I would like to acknowledge all those who helped in the organization of the «General+1.Wellcome» party. Of course, first of all, it is the Professional Committee of the students of ZNTU, at the expense of which, in fact, we held this holiday. And the world music that we now have is only thanks to him. Many thanks to V.V. Ignashov, head of hostel No. 4, for facilitating the disco, providing the hall and helping to set up the light music. I would also like to thank Artem Tsesko, director of CSS No. 4, for setting up the background music and helping in the organization. Sokol Yevheniia – for his great contribution to absolutely all matters related to the organization: starting with the installation of lighting equipment and ending with competitions and cleaning. Volodymyr Myshchenko, the electrician of our hostel, for the work done related to electricity and wiring. Ruslan Koshelyuk for help in installing the equipment and direct participation in the organizational issues of the party. To Danylo Lyvertovsky, an employee of the CCDS, for setting up the management of light music and consultations related to it, and to everyone, everyone, everyone who directly took part in this work done. And I would also like to mention those who helped to clean up after the whole action. Thank you very much, without you nothing would have happened.
We plan to hold the next party on October 31, 2013 in honor of the celebration of the mystical Halloween. We have already done the most difficult work, so all subsequent parties will take less energy and nerves, which will give more energy for imagination and creativity for competitions and other ideas.
