Regional meeting-seminar on the organization and conduct of admissions in 2018

December 12, 2017  In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 30.11.17 No. 1550, a regional meeting-seminar on the organization and conduct of admission of applicants in 2018 to higher education institutions and scientific institutions that provide training for bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees, of all forms of ownership and management, was held at Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. It was organized by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Rybalko Alla Viktorivna, Deputy Director of the Department of Higher Education – Head of the Department of University Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Kumkov Dmytro Leonidovych, Head of the Department of Regulatory Support for Higher Education of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Volkova Oksana Yuriivna, Chief Specialist of the Department of Regulatory Support for Higher Education of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine), Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Quality Assurance (Horbenko-Khvastunova Maryna Mykhailivna, Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Quality Assessment of Education), SE «Inforesurs» (Roetskyi Dmytro Anatoliyovych, specialist of the technical support department of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education of the State Enterprise «Inforesurs»).

The meeting was organized for higher education institutions that provide training for bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees, all forms of ownership and areas of management of Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk (south), Kirovohrad, regions. The organized event was attended by a representative of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Zakharchuk Viktor Mykolayovych – Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration) and representatives of the following higher education institutions:

– Zaporizhzhia region: Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Zaporizhzhia Institute of Economics and Information Technologies, Zaporizhzhia National University, Zaporizhzhia Medical University, Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy, Zaporizhzhia Classical Private University, Energodar College of KPU, Melitopol Institute of State and Municipal Administration, KPU, Melitopol State Pedagogical University, Melitopol Institute of Ecology and Social Technologies, Khortyts’ka National Academy, Tavria State Agro-Technological University, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University

– Dnipropetrovsk region: DNU named after Oles Honchar, Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport named after Academician Lazorian, PVNIZ «Institute of Business Administration» Kryvyi Rih, Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, Dnipropetrovsk State Technical University, International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute «Beit – Khan», Kryvyi Rih Metallurgical Institute of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Kryvyi Rih National University, Pridneprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, University of Customs and Finance, Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy, National Mining University, Dnipropetrovsk Humanitarian University, Alfred Nobel University, Pridneprovsk State Academy of Construction and Architecture, Ukrainian State Chemical and Technological University, Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mykhailo Tugan-Baranovsky, Dnipropetrovsk State Agrarian and Economic University, National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk Academy of Music named after M. Glinka;

– Donetsk region (south): Mariupol State University, Donetsk National Technical University, Pryazovsky State Technical University, Vugledar College of Donetsk State University of Management;

– Kirovograd region: Kirovograd Flight Academy of the National Aviation University, Kirovograd State Institute of Commerce, Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University, Kropyvnytskyi Institute of State and Municipal Administration, Central Ukrainian National Technical University.

During the meeting, the Conditions for Admission to Higher Education Institutions in 2018, the Procedure for Conducting External Examinations in 2018, and the Features of the Functioning of the Educational Service for Higher Education were presented. The participants of the meeting had the opportunity to get answers to questions regarding the organization of the 2018 admission campaign.
