Professional party of the Department of Social Work for the Day of the Social Worker of Ukraine
The Department of Social Work of ZNTU has a good tradition of celebrating their professional holiday together every year. On the eve of the Day of Social Workers of Ukraine, the student and teaching staff of the Department of Social Work decided to organize a party in one of the night clubs of the city of Zaporizhzhia.
In the program of this event, the following were planned and held: a presentation of the department’s academic courses, a demonstration of students’ creative skills in various genres, the taking of the solemn oath of the first year, and fun and valuable advice from masters.
Teachers and students of the Department of Social Work had the opportunity to relax and get to know each other «closer» in an informal setting. It is such events that allow students to discover their creative abilities, potential and talent. Students took an active part in various competitions, which were evaluated by a competent jury – teachers of the department. One of the most pleasant moments of the evening was congratulating the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department on their professional holiday and presenting them with a patent for the logo and flag of the department, which was developed by the students themselves. The host of the official part of the holiday was the 4th year student Yevhen Tonkoshkuryk, and the competitive and entertaining part was conducted by the 3rd year student Yevhen Tishchenko.
Students and teachers of our department have a modern vision regarding the development of student potential, self-development. We believe that such events are the basis for fruitful work and corporate communication, they bring students and teachers closer together, and encourage creative leaps. Therefore, this Day of the Social Worker of Ukraine was not an exception, and now students will expect it to be held in the next academic year.
