About the change of forms, seals and stamps

In connection with the reorganization of the Ministry in accordance with clause 2a of the Presidential Decree No. 96/2013 dated 28.02.2013 «On some measures to optimize the system of central executive bodies» and based on the decision of the labor collective conference of the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University No. 3 dated April 29, 2013, the use of forms, seals, stamps of ZNTU and of separate structural subdivisions belonging to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine from June 1, 2013, and the forms of ZNTU and separate structural subdivisions with a changed name of the Ministry (the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine is changing to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) are being put into effect from June 3, 2013.

The seals and stamps of ZNTU and structural subdivisions belonging to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine are put into effect in accordance with the name change of Monmolodsport to MONU from June 3, 2013.

Chief accountant Silenko O.M. and heads of separate structural divisions undertake to submit for approval cards with sample signatures and imprints of seals with appropriate changes to the name of the higher-level organization.
