Presentation of the publication
September 28, 2017 A delegation from ZNTU, headed by the rector, Professor S. B. Belikov, took part in the presentation and discussion of the British Council publication «Internationalisation of Ukrainian universities: the English language dimension».
This publication is the result of a large-scale study conducted on behalf of the British Council and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2014-2016, on the role and status of the English language, the level of its teaching and its use as a means of teaching professional disciplines in fifteen higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
The recommendations provided by consultants to improve the situation are implemented in the work of ZNTU.
The delegation included the head of the Department of Foreign Languages Yu. O. Sobol, associate professor of the Department of «Electrical and Electronic Devices» L. B. Zhornyak, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages N. M. Zhukova.
