Registration procedure for MTNK for admission to the master’s degree
Registration of applicants for the master’s test of academic competence begins June 27, 2022 and ends at 18:00 July 18, 2022.
To register, the applicant must come in person to the admissions office of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University or send scanned copies (photocopies) of the following documents to the email address nuzp.pk@gmail.com:
- completed application forms with the information necessary to complete the examination form;
- identification document;
- taxpayer registration card (except for persons who, due to religious beliefs, refuse to accept the registration number of the taxpayer registration card);
- document on the obtained higher education degree (educational and qualification level) – for persons who have completed their studies;
- certificate issued by the place of study regarding the planned completion of studies and receipt of a diploma in the year of admission (Appendix 4 to the Procedure for organizing and conducting entrance exams) – for persons whose personal data are not entered into the Unified State Database on Education;
- medical certificate in the form of primary accounting documentation No. 086-3/o in case of need to create special conditions.
In the subject of the letter, the applicant must indicate surname, first name, patronymic. In the text of the letter, the applicant must indicate surname, first name, patronymic (in full) and taxpayer registration card number (if available).
