Semi-final of the ZNTU Rector’s Cup with KVN

The popularity of KVN as a form of self-expression for erudite, artistic, singing and dancing people is well known. The students of our «Mashinka» are not left out. Therefore, having immersed themselves in the exciting atmosphere of KVN, which has been held for decades, the large but cozy assembly hall of ZNTU on March 16, 2018 gathered all of us for the semi-final of the Rector’s Cup in KVN.

The following teams performed on stage: «Сборная ЭТФ и Полешко» (ЭТФ), «Сборная ЭГИ», «Пятница» (МФ), «Бунти» (ИФ) and «Голубь» (ФСН). Unfortunately, four more teams («Tutty»(FRET), «Vne zakona»(YUF), «Salo» (TF), «KhND»(FMTU)) did not reach the semifinals. But, nevertheless, the game was bright, intense and very emotional! The event began with the «Greeting» round, in which the teams demonstrated their good preparation, the ability to captivate those present with the game. The next stage – «Warm-up» continued to warm up those present. But the highlight of this evening was the «Biathlon» competition. The teams prepared such jokes that most of those present cried with laughter!

The performances of all teams were bright and original. But the competition is a competition, to select the best. According to the calculations of the three stages of the game, the jury of the competition unanimously awarded the 1st place to the team «Golub» (10 points), 2nd place – «Сборная ЭТФ и Полешко» (8.8 points), 3rd place was shared by 2 teams – «Сборная ЭГИ» and «Пятница» (8.6 points each). According to the results of the competitions, the team «Bounty» (IF) was eliminated from the game with the results of 6.4 points. But don’t be upset! There’s still more to come!

The bright and emotional holiday presented by the KVN players once again confirmed that playing KVN – is great, although very difficult! It’s good that the initiative always comes from «Mashinkovskaya» talented youth, supported by the Trade Union Committee of students, postgraduates and doctoral students of ZNTU and constant sponsors.

I remind you that the final is just around the corner! On April 13, 2018 at 18:00 we are waiting for everyone to sum up this season of jokes!
