The former general director of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator», an honorary citizen of Zaporizhzhia Khadzhinov LEONID PETROVYCH passed away

Leonid Petrovych was always a friend of our glorious Zaporizhzhia MASHYNKA.

He worked his way up from shop master to chairman of the board – general director of Europe’s largest transformer manufacturing enterprise – Zaporizhtransformator PJSC.

The activity of Leonid Petrovych was inextricably linked with ZNTU. Thanks to his persistent statesmanship, the best branches of profiling departments of our university were created at PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator».

For many years, Leonid Petrovich headed the DEC and took an active part in the attestation of engineering personnel. More than a thousand of our graduates – production commanders received engineering diplomas precisely from his hands.

We are proud of our cooperation with Leonid Petrovich Khadzhinov and express our sincere condolences to his family and friends, students and friends, the glorious team of PJSC «Zaporizhtransformator» and all residents of Zaporizhzhia.
