Results of the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in subjects and specialties

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1820 dated December 23, 2013 "On holding the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the 2013/2014 academic year" The departments of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University held the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in subjects and specialties, namely, the following Olympiads: «Internal combustion engines», «Wheel and tracked vehicles», «Organization of transportation and transport management», «Organization and regulation of road traffic», «Transport systems», «Theoretical mechanics», «Resistance of materials», «Engineering technology», «Metal-cutting machines and systems», «Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements», «Lifting and transport, road, construction, reclamation machines and equipment», “Details machines», «Metal processing by pressure», «Mathematics», «Theoretical foundations of electrical engineering», «General electrical engineering», «Power transformer production technology», «Engineering design of electrical machines and transformers», «Electromechanics», «Energy management», «Electrical systems», «English language», «French language», «Machinery and technologies of foundry», «Physical materials science», «Occupational safety», «Life safety», «Computer sciences», «Management», «Marketing», «Economic theory», «Financial accounting and auditing», «Theory and practice of translation», «History of Ukraine», «Ukrainian language», «Physical education», «Physical rehabilitation», «International tourism», «Jurisprudence», «Psychology», «Social work», «Theory and practice of journalism», «History of Ukrainian journalism», «Literary work of a journalist», «Methodology of teaching professional disciplines».

In total, 1406 students participated in the university Olympiads, 148 students became winners, of which 115 are recommended for participation in the II stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in subjects and specialties, which will be held during March-May 2014 by basic universities.
