Results of pilot training under the program of the international educational project TEMPUS ICo-op
On June 26, 2015, a solemn ceremony of awarding Certificates based on the results of pilot training of representatives of industrial enterprises and companies of Zaporizhzhia under the program of the international educational project TEMPUS ICo-op «Industrial cooperation and creative engineering education based on remote engineering and virtual tools» was held at ZNTU.
55 people who wanted to gain new knowledge and practical skills and improve their professional level showed interest in the project. Most of them – representatives of enterprises and companies of Zaporizhzhia: PJSC «Motor Sich», PJSC «Ukrtelecom», PJSC Zaporizhtransformator, PJSC «Zaporizhkoks», LLC «ZV» Gidrospetsbud«, PJSC »Dniprospetsstal«, SE »Konica Minolta Ukraine«, PJSC »Zaporizhstal«, PE »SNAUT«, OOO »Computools«, Representative Office »Livestream«, bMuse group LLC, PE FreshCode, ArtMax, LLC »ProgService«, »Web design Sun« agency, ESCO »Ecological Systems«, Zaporizhzhia Motor Car Depot, PJSC »ZERZ”. Students and teachers of ZNTU, as well as our colleagues from Zaporizhzhia Metallurgical College, also took part in the training.
At the organizational meeting held on March 14, 2015, the participants filled out questionnaires and chose the new courses proposed for training, which were developed by ZNTU teachers within the framework of the TEMPUS ICo-op project using the most modern European methods:
- HR management at innovative enterprises (Assoc. Prof. A. Sokolov);
- Control systems for electrical machines and devices (Assoc. Prof. M. Polyakov);
- Quality of information systems (Assoc. Prof. G. Tabunshchyk);
- Technologies and systems of virtual and remote engineering (Assoc. Prof. A. Parkhomenko).
The training was conducted in a mixed form – both in ZNTU laboratories and remotely – using the ZNTU Distance Learning System, which deployed all educational materials: work programs, electronic lecture notes, methodological instructions for laboratory and practical work, video lessons, tests.
Many students chose several courses offered for study. At the end of the study, 47 students received two types of certificates – Certificate of participation or Certificate of the course (for high achievements in education).
- HR management at innovative enterprises (11 people)
- Control systems for electrical machines and devices (21 people)
- Quality of information systems (21 people)
- Technologies and systems of virtual and remote engineering (25 people)
According to the results of the survey on satisfaction with the results of the training, both participants and management of enterprises and companies highly appreciated the competence of teachers, the level of the proposed educational and methodological materials, as well as the software and technical resources used.
At the solemn ceremony, the Assistant to the Rector for International Cooperation, Oleksandr Andrienko, as well as the course developers: Head of the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics Andriy Sokolov, Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Devices Mykhailo Polyakov, Associate Professors of the Department of Software Galyna Tabunshchyk and Anzhelika Parkhomenko, presented the results of the training.
Olexandr Andrienko presented the participants of the pilot training with Certificates and wished them successful implementation of the knowledge and experience gained at enterprises and companies in Zaporizhzhia.
