Results of the first week of Holidays with Polytechnics
The first week of Holidays with Polytechnics is over! Our goal was not only to introduce students to the university, but also to provide them with useful knowledge and help improve the skills needed for everyday life.
In order to achieve the perfect balance between benefit and interest, teachers of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University prepared interactive master classes on various topics taking into account the modern requests and needs of youth.
The students tried the following activities:
- 3D modeling in the ArchiCad environment
- creating code for the Arduino platform to control lighting in the SMART HOUSE automated system
- developing a program and assembling a traffic light based on Micro:bit
The students also went on a virtual tour of the construction site and got acquainted with the practical projects of our students. We learned how to prepare for future work and learned how to properly present ourselves and our achievements.
Our young guests have another week of interesting learning ahead of them and a surprise at the end.
Despite all the challenges of wartime, we are trying to create the best conditions for children and share the most valuable knowledge!
