Victories of scientific students at the «Electrical engineering and electromechanics» competition
On March 24-27, 2014, Dniprodzerzhyn State Technical University hosted the II stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the field of «Electrical engineering and electromechanics». This year, about 230 works from 37 universities of Ukraine were submitted to the competition. Five students of the department «Electric drive and automation of industrial installations» of ZNTU were invited to defend their scientific works at the final conference.
Students of group E-319 Volodymyr Novomlynskyi and Oleksandr Tkachev prepared a report and presentation in the section «Mathematical modeling of electrotechnical complexes and systems» on the topic «Relay system for controlling the angular velocity of an imbalance rotating around a moving axis» and were awarded a Diploma of the III degree (scientific supervisors – associate professors of the EPA department Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Osadchyi and Olena Nazarova Serhiivna).
Student of group E-310 Serhiy Tobolkin spoke in the section «Laboratory equipment for the study of electrotechnical and electromechanical systems» with a report and presentation on the topic «Laboratory stand for the study of microprocessor control systems of stepper motors» (scientific supervisors – associate professors of the EPA department Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Osadchiy and Olena Sergiyivna Nazarova) – awarded with a Diploma of the III degree.
Student of group E-311 Volodymyr Samkov won a Diploma of the II degree in the section «Electromechanical systems with direct and alternating current electric drives» for his report on the topic «Frequency-regulated asynchronous electric drive based on a three-level direct frequency converter» (supervisor – associate professor of the EPA Antonov Mykola Leonidovych).
Diploma of the 1st degree the jury of the competition awarded the student of group E-311 Oleksandr Turpak, who prepared a presentation and report on the topic «Simulation model of the system for controlling the course stability of a vehicle with tracked engines» in the section «Electrical systems and complexes of vehicles» (scientific supervisors – associate professors of the EPA department Volodymyr Osadchyi Volodymyrovych and Nazarova Olena Serhiivna).
Over the past five years alone, the EPA department has prepared 13 student works that won prizes at the All-Ukrainian competition for student scientific works in the field of «Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics», namely 6 works won First Degree Diplomas, 3 works – Second Degree Diplomas and 4 works – III Degree Diplomas. Among the most active supervisors of prize-winning scientific works, it is worth highlighting and expressing gratitude to associate professor V.V. Osadch, associate professor O.S. Nazarova, associate professor A.V. Pyrozhko. and associate professor Antonov M.L.
