Features of providing subsidies in 2015
Students of ZNTU, who live in the dormitories of our university, are already familiar with the provision of subsidies, and some have already issued them for the heating season. But, taking into account all the changes in the legislation of Ukraine, it should be said that the procedure for providing subsidies in 2015 has changed somewhat. All introduced changes and solutions to related problems were discussed on April 23.
In order for a student to be able to receive a subsidy, two documents must be filled out: an application and a declaration. But! I draw your attention to the fact that not only your scholarship should be indicated in the declaration, but also all (!) income received during the period that must be indicated in this document. All responsibility for providing data is borne by the person who filled out the declaration, i.e. the student. Thus, in case of unreliability of the submitted data (and all of them are checked through the relevant state authorities), the overpayment will be returned to the state in double amount. Fill out the declaration carefully and treat it very responsibly!
People who have been denied subsidies must resubmit the documents in full and fill out the declaration again. If an overpayment was detected, it is necessary to contact the ZNTU accounting department without fail. To confirm the availability of income, resettlers from the ATO zone should apply to the tax office with a request for income in the regions where they lived before.
I remind you that in order to apply for a subsidy for the first time, you need:
- the original and photocopy of pages 1, 2 and 11 of the passport;
- photocopy of the identification code;
- a copy of the study contract (for persons studying on a contract basis);
- cardboard stapler.
However, if the subsidy is issued not for the first time, then:
- original passport;
- a copy of the identification code.
Do not miss the opportunity to return part of the funds paid for accommodation in the hostels, but treat it carefully and responsibly.
