Well, shall we get to know each other?
Last Friday, September 21 at 6:00 p.m., an incredible concert by the most talented students of Mashinka, dedicated to our first-year newcomers, echoed in the assembly hall of ZNTU. Do you remember your first year? Unsure and confused, you entered the walls of the university for the first time, prepared for each seminar, moved only in groups, worried about being late. However, time and self-improvement change everything. And to make sure of this, it was worth just looking at our students who showed their amazing talents.
The beginning of the concert was set by the eternal battle of «technicians» and «humanitarians». But, of course, friendship won. Then the first-year students were greeted by the Chairman of the ZNTU Students’ Trade Union Committee Andriy Ivanchenko. And after that, «Mashinka» showed its most beautiful sides: STEM «Budylynik», KVN, an aerobics team, talented musicians and singers – what extraordinary people study at our university, don’t you think?
It was simply amazing, thank you to everyone who took part in this concert.
And finally, we congratulate the first year on admission to the best technical university of Zaporizhzhia, and as a gift – top 5 tips for those who want to remember their university life and make it truly enchanting:
1. Attending classes is very important – whether it’s a lecture or a seminar. First, you work for the balance, and then the balance works for you;
2. Research activities: write theses on a subject you like or a challenging subject you don’t understand but want to «automaton». It’s worth it;
3. Communicate with seniors in your major. Some of them must have lectures or seminars from previous courses – they will be happy to share them;
4. Become a part of some commission – for example, the Press Service;
5. Attend all extracurricular activities, such as Art Festivals, KVN, STEM, forums, Miss and Mr. ZNTU, and better yet, become a participant.
These are the rules. Follow them and you will definitely make your student years unforgettable.
