New partners

The Department of Software Tools of ZNTU is expanding cooperation with the leading IT companies of the region within the framework of the international project «Centers of Excellence for Young Scientists» (CERES, reg. No. 544137-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-SK-TEMPUS-JPHES) of the «Tempus» program of the European Union.

On March 7, 2017, representatives of the QATestLab and PowerCode companies met with students of the software department at the software department.

The representative of the QATestLab company, M. Grechuha, gave a lecture to the students about the basics of software testing. Students were able to learn about what testing is, what it takes place in the process of creating software, and what requirements are placed on testing specialists.

PowerCode company representative N. Lubenets spoke about the company, working conditions, employment prospects.

Companies operating in the Zaporizhzhia region are in dire need of IT graduates. Therefore, cooperation with the leading IT department of ZNTU – the software department provides them with the opportunity to integrate science, education and production, forming a kind of «triangle of knowledge». This will provide companies with an impact on the educational process, students and teachers, and allow the software department to receive feedback from the industry.
