Scientists from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University joined the round table within the framework of the «Career Navigator» project
Representatives of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University took part in the round table organized within the framework of the «Career Navigator» project, which brought together representatives of education, employment services, employers and partner organizations.
The «Career Navigator» project is implemented by the NGO «Business Women of Zaporizhzhia» in partnership with the Zaporizhzhia Regional Employment Center with the support of the «Partnership for a Strong Ukraine» Program.
The university was presented at the event by the director of the training center «Education for Business and Career» Anastasiia Zerkal and Head of the Department of Transport Technologies Serhiy Turpak.
During the round table, the participants discussed the current personnel needs of enterprises in the field of logistics and transport, the required professions and competencies, opportunities for professional training, advanced training and employment.
Anastasiia Zerkal presented the opportunities of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University in the field of professional training and advanced training, in particular the programs implemented by the Education for Business and Career training center. Special attention was paid to the possibilities of forming educational offers in accordance with the current needs of employers and the regional labor market.
Serhiy Turpak shared his practical experience in implementing educational programs in the field of logistics and transport, as well as training specialists with the competencies that are needed by enterprises in the industry today.
