The national stage of the EBEC engineering competition in Kyiv
From May 3 to 8, the national stage of the EBEC Engineering Competition was held in the city of Kyiv. During these days, teams – winners of local stages from four universities of Ukraine, where there is a branch of the BEST student organization (Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute National Technical University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Vinnytsia National Technical University), fought for victory in two categories – Team Design and Case Study.
5 days of intense struggle, 28 hours of tireless work and not a minute of rest from thoughts about the competition, and it finally came true – EBEC Ukraine 2017 has come to an end, and Ukraine has its winners!
In the Team Design category, the team from the city of Zaporizhzhia – «?ád oran?ového shruvováku» was the winner, consisting of: Roman Savilov, Artem Babakin, Mohamed Ahmed and Svitlana Levchenko, by the way, the name of this team means «Order of the Orange Screwdriver» in Czech. In the Case Study category, the Zaporizhzhia team «Take us to church» took 2nd place in the team: Mykyta Yakovlev, Ivan Morozov, Vasyl Polyansky and Danylo Hayduk.
We would like to congratulate the winners, thank them for representing ZNTU in a worthy manner at the competition and wish them success at the final stage in the city of Brno (Czech Republic)!
