The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, by its order dated 29.11.2011 No. 1377, set out in a new edition the Licensing Conditions for the Provision of Educational services in the field of higher education, which determine the general requirements and minimum standards for providing educational institutions with scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical personnel, material and technical, educational and methodological and information base.

The order was registered with the Ministry of Justice on December 15, 2011 under No. 1448/20186 and comes into force from the date of its official publication.
