We are from the future!
The games of the «Club of the Cheerful and Clever» have become a good tradition of Zaporizhzhia National Technical University. And on October 10, the first game of the ¼ final of the KVK for the ZNTU Rector’s Cup was held. Correspondents of the press service of the ZNTU Student Trade Union also attended this event. We would like to share our impressions with our readers.
As usual, the 2014 university league season was opened with a greeting by our rector, Serhiy Borisovich Belikov. Before the game, he wished the participants success and inspiration. The game was also attended by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Valeriy Oleksiyovych Baranov, who, as a former KVK player, mentioned his participation in the KVK games in his speech.
How did the teams play?
Five teams took part in the first quarterfinal: the MTU team, the «Transformers» team (TF), the «F.I.O.T. com» team (FKNT), the «Women’s Team» (GPF), the «Trudny Vybor» team (ETF).
The theme of the game «We are from the Future» is very interesting this time. All teams, undoubtedly, showed themselves at their best and gave the audience a lot of positive emotions and a whole evening of laughter. The audience, I am sure, was captivated by the appropriate jokes about student life, about life outside of «Mashinka» and about the eternal theme of love.
Also, everyone who wanted to could take part in the competition for the best humorous note and receive prizes from our game partners: taxi «optimal» (579 from a mobile phone) and the single discount card «OY»
According to the results of the jury’s vote, the teams took the following places:
- 4th place: MTU team
- 3rd place: team «Trudny výbor»
- 2nd place: «Women’s team» and the team «Transformers»
- 1st place: the team «F.I.O.T.com»
With these results, the first game ¼ of the finals of the KVK for the ZNTU Rector’s Cup was held. Well, I wish our teams further victories and look forward to the next game, which will take place on October 17.
