We are starting KVN!
On October 10 and 11, the first and second quarterfinals of the KVN youth league for the ZNTU Rector’s Cup were held in the ZNTU assembly hall. The hall was full, which could not but please the eye, everyone was looking forward to jokes, fun and laughter. As always, our favorite, best presenter Dmytro Shendryk appeared on the stage. With a sincere smile and kind words, he greeted everyone present and announced the theme of the game: «234 days until summer» – the first and «234 + one day» – the second quarterfinal.
The following teams entertained us on the first day with their wit, sophistication of words and originality of thoughts: «Kommunalka» (TF) – 7.9 "Zero" (ZHK) – 7,9, "Tablet" (FEU) – 8.1, "Two strips" (GPF) – 8.4, "RP-Duchess" (FRET) – 11.0, "Mirrors" (IFF) – 8,8.
The next day – "Port 777" (ETF – MTU) – 10.8, "FIOT.com" (FCNT) – 10.9, "V.I.P" (GF) – 7.2, «Сборная МТУ» (МТУ) – 9.6, «Папа обадел» (ETF) – 8.4, «Сентиметр шчастья» (FEU) – 8.5.
The jokes of the participants were evaluated by the esteemed jury consisting of Viktoriya Kominova, Oleksandr Goncharov, Dmytro Yarmolenko, Daria Bilotserkovets, Oleksiy Savytskyi and Anatolii Ostapenko.
The guests listened attentively to the speeches of the rector of ZNTU Belikov S.B. and the head of the trade union committee Ivanchenko A.V., who had just returned from Melitopol, but were still able to join our cheerful celebration. «Как пресная видеть полный зал», – the rector said with a smile, and indeed, no one regretted the time spent, because these were incredibly interesting, positive and bright moments of life.
The «Tablet» team suggested connecting to Wi-Fi and flying into the world of fun and laughter. The members of the «RP-Duchess» team, when asked by the jury: «Where should a student go if they are kicked out of the university when the army is abolished?», replied that they needed to subscribe to the «Didn’t serve – I don’t know» public. Frankly speaking, this joke was the most memorable. The audience exploded with wild emotions. The competition for the wittiest joke from the audience entertained us. Many tried to come up with something extraordinary, unsurpassed, unforgettable. In general, the guests had something to do: watch the actions on stage, make jokes, applaud, laugh, catch the positive energy that was splashing out from those around them with powerful force.
The winner of the first quarterfinal was the team «RP-Duchess» (FRET) – 11 points exactly, and the leaders of the second – «FIOT.com» (FKNT) with points – 10.9.
According to the results of the two quarterfinals, the following teams advanced to the semifinals: «Planshet» (FEU), «Two Stripes» (GPF), «RP-Duchess» (FRET) and «Zerkala» (IFF), «FIOT.com» (FKNT), «Port 777» (ETF – MTU), «Sbornaya MTU» (MTU), «Santimetr schastya» (FEU), «Kommunalka» (TF) and «Papa obaldel» (ETF).
I would like to say that such events unite students, entertain us and give us moments of unforgettable fun. We thank all the organizers, the esteemed jury and team members, and wish them success in the semi-finals =)
