We remember!
On May 7, 2015, a requiem rally dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism in Europe and the 70th anniversary of the end of the Great Patriotic War was held on Sovietskaya Square near the monument to the tank crew of Hero of the Soviet Union M. Yatsenko.
During the ceremony, the terrible years of the Second World War were mentioned, farewell words were given to the descendants of the veterans, and after a moment of silence, a flock of doves was released into the sky as a symbol of peace and well-being.
The administration and students of the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University were also present at the rally. The Rectorate and the Trade Union Committee of ZNTU students laid flowers at the monument to the tank crew as a sign of memory and respect for the participants of the Second World War, the heroes who freed the world from the black Nazi plague. We remember! The feat of the great ancestors will be glorified forever! In the name of peace, in the name of harmony, in the name of good!
