Chief judge Harry Moroz noted the need for sports competitions: «holding such events is considered correct, the sports life of the dormitory is developing. We plan to hold the next competitions in weightlifting and powerlifting in September, with «fresh» forces. I would like such events to be held more often, because they raise the sports life and «spirit» of the dormitory, so that people play more sports and develop, improve their health in general. This helps students to be healthy and strong young men».
The participants of the competitions were welcomed by the head of the campus, Vadym Mykolayovych Dubyna, and the head of the trade union of students, postgraduates, and doctoral students of ZNTU, Andriy Volodymyrovych Ivanchenko. They noted that the competitions – it is always a competition that forces you to work on yourself and is a good motivation, promoting a healthy lifestyle. The initiative for sports competitions should come from the students themselves.
