«Mashynkiv» athletes are at the top again!
On October 27-30, the World Weightlifting Championship was held in Turin, Italy.
Mykhailo Davydenko, master of sports of Ukraine, student of the Faculty of Engineering and Physics (IF-224), took 1st place among 22-year-old juniors weighing more than 90 kg, 2nd place in the team relay among men and 4th place among men in the same weight.
The athlete is training in the national team of ZNTU in kettlebell sports under the leadership of senior teachers of the Department of «Physical Culture, Olympic and Non-Olympic Sports» of the FKONVS: Yurii Zhuravlev and Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Remeshevsky.
The native university is proud of Mykhailo, who time and again confirms the power of Zaporizhzhia boys at such a high level! We wish our athlete new achievements and success!
