«Machine» against corruption!
The informational and educational campaign of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the UN Development Program in Ukraine «STUDENTS AGAINST CORRUPTION» visited the walls of ZNTU with a lecture and stories about the activities of their organization. The meeting was conducted by the Chairman of the trade union committee of ZNTU students Andrii Ivanchenko. Many students of the Faculty of Law were present at the event, but students of the philological field of activity did not attend. Speakers were:
– Yurii Kravchenko;
– Yuliia Ivakhnina (head of the NABU open office, part-time NABU detective);
– Tetyana Hrytsenko (Expert of the Project «Transparency and integrity of the public sector» of UNDP).
After registration of the participants, such issues as the Anti-corruption reform in Ukraine and the NABU investigation were discussed at the event. Students were also shown an interesting and meaningful video presentation about the functions and organization of the anti-corruption bureau.
The issue of corruption is a very relevant issue in our time and the activity of NABU detectives is very important precisely because thanks to them we all have a chance to help in dealing with corrupt activities. After all, all citizens should have a chance to achieve justice!
