Beauty and a little more
At the end of the blooming spring, the beauty and talent contest «Miss ZNTU – 2016» was held at our university with the support of the trade union committee of ZNTU students. This year, 17 beauties representing various faculties of Mashinka competed for the title of the most charming girl:

For two months, global preparations for the beauty festival took place. First, potential participants filled out questionnaires, then passed the selection process, and some of the lucky ones moved on to a new stage – rehearsals! The girls learned correct, smooth movements, went through fittings, demonstrated their talents.
And then the key evening came – on May 24, the final of the beauty and talent competition took place! A whole parade parade unfolded in front of the audience. Our beautiful students appeared in costumes of Ukrainian girls, underwear and evening dresses. In addition to various images, the audience received a lot of emotions from the intellectual contest and the talent contest! I wanted to talk about both in more detail.
Intellectual contest was definitely the highlight of the evening! The participants demonstrated all aspects of their awareness without hiding their efforts, and they were helped by a wonderful duet of presenters – Dmytro Shendryk and Vladyslav Slobodian. First, beauties dressed as teachers appeared on the stage, then a board with questions for the participants appeared. Together with the passionate presenters, the teachers skillfully searched for answers to the most creative questions, giving the audience a lot of positive emotions!
The talent competition turned out to be no less full of impressions! The beauties literally rocked the hall with fiery dances and energetic songs, and also gave harmony with sensual author’s poems.
When all stages of the competition were completed, the honorary jury headed by ZNTU rector Serhiy Belikov set out to prepare its verdict. At this time, the members of the ensemble «Viva» of the Central State Technical University of ZNTU demonstrated their unsurpassed vocal talents for the audience.
And here is the solemn award ceremony from the nominations: from «Miss Smiles» to «Miss Prospects». And then there were only three beauties left on the stage, intrigue reigned! We won’t wait long: the title of «Miss ZNTU – 2016» was deservedly earned by Kateryna Sydorova, a student of the Faculty of Radio Electronics and Telecommunications! Moreover, the opinion of the jury coincided with the opinion of the audience: according to the results of the online voting on the website of the trade union committee of students of ZNTU, Kateryna also deserved the prize of audience sympathy!
Congratulations to the participants of «Miss ZNTU – 2016»: you are our beauty and pride, worthily support your honorary titles for the benefit of your native university and country!
